Welcome to VayPlay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VayPlay website, mobile application, and related services. By accessing or using VayPlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
About VayPlay
VayPlay provides a platform that helps resorts and their guests coordinate sports participation, court bookings, social activities, guest matchmaking, events, and related hospitality experiences. VayPlay acts as a technology platform and does not directly operate resort facilities or sporting activities.
User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity conducted through your account. VayPlay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Guest Participation
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in sporting activities. Participation in matches, clinics, wellness events, and other activities is undertaken at the guest's own discretion and risk. VayPlay does not provide coaching, supervision, or medical advice.
Resort Responsibilities
Participating hotels and resorts are responsible for managing facility availability, maintaining sports equipment and facilities, verifying guest eligibility where required, and operating events and activities hosted at their property. VayPlay is not responsible for the operation, safety, staffing, or management of resort facilities.
Bookings and Reservations
VayPlay facilitates court bookings, match coordination, and activity registration. Availability is determined by participating resorts and may change without notice. VayPlay does not guarantee: court availability, match participation, event attendance, or specific guest interactions.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to: misrepresent their identity; harass, abuse, or intimidate other users; use the platform for unlawful purposes; attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security; or upload harmful software or malicious content. VayPlay reserves the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.
Intellectual Property
All VayPlay trademarks, branding, software, designs, content, and platform functionality remain the property of VayPlay Technology Ltd. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Platform Availability
We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. VayPlay may occasionally perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect access to the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VayPlay shall not be liable for: indirect or consequential losses, missed bookings, missed sporting activities, guest disputes, resort operational issues, loss of data, or business interruption. Users participate in resort activities at their own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Third-Party Services
The VayPlay platform may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party providers.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time in order to improve services or respond to operational requirements.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
